Customers that purchased equipment from us in the past get FREE technical support for the duration of the warranty period and throughout their maintenance agreement renewals. We also provide pay-as-you-go system support to any Samsung system customer with purchased support tickets throughout the US.
If however, you did not purchase your samsung product from us and you want technical support from a certified samsung technician, we still provide technical support at reasonable prices for any reason, but you must have a paid for support ticket.
How do you start? It's simple! You purchase 15 minute support tickets at a cost of $40 dollars per ticket. If you want to receive ongoing system support for your entire company. Each site location has a monthly fee and in return you receive reduced support tickets that are also purchased in 15 minute increments.

Over The Phone Technical Support
We provide multiple methods of technical support but some issues require an Internet connection to resolve them quickly. If you do not have an Internet connection, then the only solution for resolution is over the phone.
Over the phone support takes longer and you will have to purchase tickets prior to access to technical support or a field engineer to assist you.
Purchasing support tickets are quick and simple, but you must purchase them prior to support. We realize that your problem may be critical and we will provide that support as quickly as possible which is a good reason to purchase a few tickets for those "we need support now" situations.
